What we Offer?

We are a faith-based organization looking to provide Coaching and Counseling to Leaders in Ministry. We desire for Leaders to feel whole and complete through Basic Biblical Teachings.

Our Why?

"The Spirit of the Lord who is upon me, for he has anointed me to bring Good news to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim that captives will be released, that the blind will see that the oppressed will be set free and that the time of the Lord's favor has come." Luke 4:18-19

We are committed to holding up your arms, as you carry the weight of the people you serve. Our goal is to help you with being well balanced in your ministry through strategy and therapy. So you may grow from your struggles and heal from your pain, as the Lord takes you from glory to glory.

Who's Behind the Scenes?

Shantel Mayris-Scott (NY)LMSW 110666-01

Shantel Mayris-Scott graduated from Fordham University Graduate School of Social Services where she obtained her LMSW. In her current position as a Clinical Supervisor at the Bowery Mission women's program, Mrs. Scott has also taken on the mantle to formulate the United Front for Social Workers (UFSW). A space for Social Workers to organize and soon unionize. However, Mrs. Scott story does not start there. She has provided Behavioral Health and Substance Use services for 5 years at her previous employment and 1 year of Family Defense Social Work. Currently, she has planted herself at Purpose Life Church in Brooklyn, NY. Where she has learned that purpose is a journey not a destination. Apart of her journey, God has led her to be a support to leaders in ministry (you), in whatever capacity that may be. Wholeheartedly, she is committed to holding up your arms, by partnering up with you through strategic therapy, so you can win the battle for the people you serve.
